HOW TO REGISTER

Enrollment Process

  1. You are invited to set up a time to visit PCC Student-Aged Child Care. Tours generally run from 9:30am-10:00am. Call (650-365-1946) or email (pccsacc@wearepcc.com) us to schedule your tour.
  2. Please complete the enrollment inquiry form for the appropriate school year.
  3. Mail or drop off a check for $140 for the non-refundable application fee (per family) to the SACC office at 3560 Farm Hill Blvd., Redwood City, CA 94061. The office is open Monday-Friday, 1:30-6PM. Checks should be made out to PCC SACC.
  4. Once you have submitted the inquiry form online and paid the application fee, your inquiry form will be processed and you will be notified if your child has a spot for the coming year within 7 days.
  5. You will have 7 days from notification to accept or decline the spot.​
  6. When you accept the spot for your child(ren), you will be required to pay the 1st month’s tuition(s) as a deposit via Famly.
  7. All enrollment forms (linked below), are due the month before the program starts, with the exception of the Physician’s report which is due one month after your enrollment date.

  9. Once all spots are filled, a wait list will be created and we will notify you if a spot becomes available. The order will be based on Admissions Priorities listed below.

Admissions Priority

In admitting students to PCC School-Aged Child Care, priority is given to:

  • First Priority: Currently enrolled families (full-time students have priority over part time students)
  • Second Priority: Alumni families (families with children that have attended PCC After School Care, but are not currently enrolled)
  • Third Priority: New families
  • 4th Priority: Pick-up Only families (in same order of priority, current, alumni, then new families; enrollment for this service begins on Aug 1st)
  • When space is full, campers will be placed on a waitlist in the order received.
  • All applications will be date and time stamped on a first come, first served basis.

Rates

  • 2026-27 School-Aged Child Care Program
  • A non-refundable registration fee is $140 and will be due via check before you begin enrollment or are placed on the waitlist
  • K 5 days/wk: $905/month
  • K 4 days/wk: $783/month
  • 1st-8th 5 days/wk: $779/month
  • 1st-8th 4 days/wk: $718/month
