Setareh Pooyan, Program Director
Setareh comes to SACC and PCC with over 20 years of experience in education. She has dedicated her life to creating nurturing, inclusive, and purpose-driven learning environments. Her journey spans teaching, mentoring, training educators, and leading program development across diverse educational settings. She is passionate about building strong, sustainable programs rooted in social-emotional growth, moral values, and a faith-based foundation.
Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working closely with children, families, and educators—guiding them with empathy, intentionality, and structure. Her leadership approach centers on integrity, collaboration, and the belief that every child deserves to be seen, supported, and inspired.
Her focus remains on weaving together quality education, character development, and spiritual growth—one child, one team, and one program at a time.
